What is DesignBuddy.net?
DesignBuddy.net is an AI-powered design reviewer and feedback tool that provides instant, professional-level critiques to help you improve your designs with confidence. It works seamlessly with popular design platforms including Figma, Adobe Express, and Canva, allowing you to get actionable feedback directly within your workflow. The AI evaluates your designs on key aspects such as layout, color, typography, and accessibility, delivering clear, specific suggestions for improvement. This ensures that your work is polished and professional before it reaches managers, clients, or stakeholders.
Key features include unlimited design reviews under a single plan, a 7-day free trial with no charges until day 8, and easy cancellation anytime. After subscribing, you receive an API key via email. For Figma and Adobe Express, simply paste the key into the plugin or add-on to activate. If you subscribe directly within Canva, activation is automatic; otherwise, a short video guide helps you set it up. The API key works across all three platforms, so you can review designs wherever you create.
Use cases are diverse: designers can quickly validate their work, catch issues early, and iterate faster. It’s ideal for freelancers, agency professionals, and in-house teams who want to boost design quality without waiting for human feedback. Technical details: the AI analyzes visual elements and provides structured feedback, covering layout balance, color harmony, font pairing, and accessibility compliance (e.g., contrast ratios). The tool is built by mighty.tools and supports unlimited reviews on current plans, with older plans (50, 150, or 500 reviews/month) grandfathered in. No refunds are offered, but the free trial gives ample time to evaluate. For support, contact hi@designbuddy.net. DesignBuddy helps you sort out design issues quietly and show up confidently.
