Humanly is an AI-powered recruiting platform designed specifically for high-volume, hourly, and frontline hiring. It automates the entire hiring process—from candidate engagement and screening to scheduling and interviewing—so teams can fill roles faster and reduce no-shows. The platform engages applicants 24/7 via SMS, email, chat, and other channels, ensuring no candidate is left behind. It also re-engages past applicants and taps into a network of over 600 million profiles to keep pipelines full.

Key features include an AI Recruiter that automatically evaluates, scores, and schedules candidates using configurable workflows. Best-fit candidates receive interview invites before competitors even respond. The AI Interviewer conducts structured video, voice, and asynchronous interviews at any time, on the candidate’s schedule. These interviews are scored in real time, providing ranked insights so hiring teams can make faster, data-driven decisions. Humanly also integrates with existing ATS systems and offers a unified dashboard to manage candidates, pipelines, and workflows.

Benefits include dramatically reduced time-to-hire, improved candidate experience, and the ability to interview every applicant consistently at scale. Use cases span retail, hospitality, healthcare, logistics, and any industry with high-volume hiring needs. Technical details: the platform uses natural language processing and machine learning for scoring, supports multiple communication channels, and requires no account for candidates to complete interviews. Humanly has been used by millions of candidates and is trusted by leading hiring teams to stay fully staffed.
