What is recruitRyte?
recruitRyte is an AI-powered recruitment tool designed to streamline the resume screening and shortlisting process. It offers instant resume-to-job description matching, providing an explainable fit score that ranks candidates based on skills, seniority, and real experience. The tool reasons across these dimensions to show why a candidate is a good fit, allowing recruiters to focus on the top ten resumes rather than all hundred.
Key features include single match for quick screens, bulk matching for up to 100 resumes against one job, and multi-job matching where one resume is compared against all open roles. The scoring system weighs role scope, skill equivalence, recency, and seniority, and provides evidence such as matched strengths, gaps, and missing requirements. This transparency helps recruiters defend their choices to hiring managers.
Benefits include significant time savings—thousands of resume comparisons are performed weekly—and reduced manual work. Use cases range from high-priority candidate screening to bulk shortlisting for multiple positions. The tool also enables sharing ranked shortlists with hiring managers via secure links, with no login required for reviewers. Hiring managers can view scores, reasoning, comment, and flag candidates for interviews, making every decision traceable.
Technical details: Users can upload resumes via folder, multi-select, or ZIP file. The tool supports both single and bulk matching modes. It is available as a free single match option or a Pro plan for unlimited bulk matching. No credit card is required to start. The AI recruitment copilot removes busy-work from resume screening, allowing recruiters to move from requisition to offer with less effort.
