Forma is a revolutionary running analysis tool that brings expert-level biomechanical assessment to your pocket. Developed by sports medicine professionals and powered by cutting-edge AI, Forma offers a comprehensive, free video analysis of your running form. Simply record a short video of yourself running, and Forma's AI engine evaluates key metrics such as cadence, stride length, foot strike pattern, pelvic drop, and arm swing. The analysis provides personalized feedback and actionable drills to improve efficiency and reduce injury risk.

Forma's core benefit is its accessibility: you no longer need expensive lab equipment or a coach to get a professional-grade running assessment. The tool is designed for runners of all levels, from beginners looking to establish good habits to seasoned athletes aiming to fine-tune their technique. Use cases include pre-race form checks, post-injury gait retraining, and ongoing progress tracking.
